摘    要:本文用实验方法对 CRC—1分子筛催化剂进行高温水汽流化老化处理,测取催化剂经不同条件(温度和时间)老化前后的物性及其含焦剂再生消碳速率数据。水热老化使催化剂的比表面积(S_(BET))、相对结晶度(x%)、再生消碳速率均降低。老化温度恒定时,催化剂的S_(BET)、x%及再生消碳速率常数k_cT变化可以用一个经验幂数方程描述:-dA]/dh=k_dA]~n。当老化温度超过750℃时,催化剂结构破坏速率加快;在实验温度范围内,不同老化温度下水汽分子对催化剂结构破坏加速程度基本相近。高温水汽分子使分子筛晶体骨架脱铝,催化剂的再生性能则与其性质及性质的变化密切相关。

Abstract:In this paper the zeolite catalyst CRC-1 was treated by high temperature steam in laboratory at different temperatures during different time of treatment. The surface area (SBET), relative content of zeolite crystalline (x%), and regeneration rate constant (kcT) continuously decrease with deactivation of catalyst. At constant treating temperatures, the rate of SBET,X and kcT of the catalyst can be expressed by an equation. Aluminium, was drawn out from the skeleton of zeolite crystallin in the condition of high temperature steam treating. The test shows that regeneration rate of coked catalyst is related closely to its properties.
