压敏性特低渗透油藏压裂水平井产能计算

摘    要:基于考虑启动压力梯度和压敏效应综合影响的广义达西定律,以椭圆渗流理论和平均质量守恒定律为基础,通过当量井径原理,推导压裂水平井产能计算公式。分析启动压力梯度、压敏效应、压裂缝条数、裂缝长度、裂缝导流能力、均一性和变形系数对压裂水平井产能的影响。结果表明:启动压力梯度越大,对产量的影响越大,当油藏渗透率很低时,应该考虑启动压力梯度的影响;变形系数越大,对产量的影响越明显,并且变形系数对产量的影响与生产压差有关;在算例条件下,最佳压裂缝条数为3~4,压裂缝长度以200~280 m为宜,压裂缝导流能力为5~50μm2.cm,即长裂缝、低导流、压裂缝非均匀分布、非等长裂缝有利于均匀采油。

Abstract:Based on the generalized Darcys law integrated the threshold pressure gradient and the pressure-sensitive effect,the method calculating multi-fractured horizontal wells productivity was established by means of elliptic flow model,average mass conservation law and equivalent wellbore radius.The effects of some factors such as threshold pressure gradient,pressure-sensitive effect,fractured parameters(fracture number,fracture length,conductivity,position and uniformity) and coefficient of deformation on the productivity were analyzed.The results show that the greater the threshold pressure gradient,the greater the effect of it on multi-fractured horizontal well(MFHW) productivity,so the threshold pressure gradient must be accounted to evaluate the MFHW productivity in ultra-low permeability reservoirs.The greater the coefficient of deformation,the greater the effect of it on MFHW productivity,and the effect of coefficient of deformation on productivity is related to producing pressure drop.In the given condition,the optimum fracture number of the horizontal well is 3-4,and the fracture length is about 200-280 m,the conductivity is 5-50 μm2·cm.The fractures with uniform long fracture length,low conductivity,placed in unequal interval are advantage to homogeneous oil production.
