注蒸气采油掺稀油生产工艺的进一步研究

摘    要:胜利单家专油田在蒸气吞吐生产后期采用泵下掺稀油生产稠油工艺已取得显著的社会效益和经济效益。本文对该工艺的现场试验与实施效果作了分析,并通过对现场生产数据的回归分析,绘制出确定掺油时机的实用图版。利用该图版可进一步改善生产效果。分析认为,蒸气驱采油井生产初期也可采用泵下掺稳油的生产方式来维持正常生产,但应确定停止掺稀油的时机,并论述了其原则和方法。

Abstract:The technology of pumping down lighter oil has been successfully used in the recovery of Shanjiasi heavy oil in the late period of cyclic steam stimulation.Field test and production practice results of the technology are analyzed in this paper.A nomogram has been established to show the time of blending with lighter oil based on field data regression.The effect of blending with lighter oil can be improved by using the nomogram.This method can be applied to heavy oil production in the early period of steam drive,but the time when to stop pumping down lighter oil must be determined.
