减速涡轮深部防斜打快技术

摘    要:超深小井眼机械钻速低和井斜控制难度大等问题制约了西部地区深层油气藏的开发。在分析国内外防斜打快技术的研究及应用现状基础上,提出减速涡轮防斜打快技术,并研制小尺寸减速涡轮钻具。现场试验表明:减速涡轮复合钻井技术提速效果明显,与试验井TH12509上下邻井段转盘钻井相比,机械钻速提高90%~150%;与邻井同井段转盘钻井相比,机械钻速提高1.2~1.7倍,井斜角从入井时的2.66°(5.89 km)降至0.33°(6.225 km),为西部超深小井眼防斜打快提供了一种新的技术途径。
