摘    要:在研究NaCI—Na_2CO_3—H_2O和NaCl—NaHCO_3—H_2O三组分相图的基础上.提出了含盐天然碱矿采出液的加工分离方案.当Na_2CO_3,含量超过盐碱总量的44.5%时,采用蒸发—碳化—分离—蒸发—分离的加工方案。当Na_2CO_3含量低于盐碱总量的44.5%时.采用蒸发—分离—碳化—分离的加工方案.运用这两种方案.Na_2CO_3的理论收率都比较高.

Abstract:Based on the ternary-phase diagram of NaCl-Na2CO3-H2O and NaCl-NaHCO3 -H2O, this paper gives a plan for treating and seperating the excavated liquids containing salt from trona mine. When sodium carbonate content in the cavated liquid is more than 44. 5% of the total amount of salt and. the plan of vaporising-carbanating-seperating and then vaporising-seperating can be used. When sodium carbonate content is smaller than 44. 5%, the plan of vaporising-seperating-carbanating-seperating was used. The theoretical yields of sodium carbonate are high with two methods.
