井涌过程仿真技术的研究

摘    要:对直井内水基泥浆条件下钻遇高压气层时敞口井气涌过程进行了计算机仿真,提出了研究井涌的新方法,并编制了仿真软件.经实井资料验证,该方法是可行的.研究结果表明,各种因素对井涌的影响各不相同,处理井涌的措施亦应各不相同.在井涌初期,井口流量的检测效果比泥浆池增量检测效果更为明显、可靠.

Abstract:The well kick in an open straight hole using water-based mud when drilling gas formation with high pressure was simulated on computer. A new method for simulation research and computer program were developed. The method was proved effective in practice by using real well data. The results show that the effects of various factors on gas kick are different, and corresponding measures must be taken to control kick. In the early period of gas kick, surface flow rate is more sensitive and reliable than pit gain in detecting gas kick.
