高压水射流破岩机理研究

摘    要:由于高压水射流破岩涉及的因素较多 ,且影响因素的作用规律比较复杂 ,致使其破岩机理一直未能被准确揭示 ,从而制约着水射流技术的应用和发展。对水射流破岩理论研究的状况进行了回顾 ,系统评述了水射流破岩研究中的理论要点 ,在此基础上指出水射流的冲击动载荷、岩石的动态本构关系、岩石与水射流的耦合作用以及水射流破碎岩石的数值模拟研究等是水射流破岩机理研究的发展方向 ,这对高压水射流破岩理论的深入研究和水射流技术的应用具有现实的意义

Abstract:The high pressure water jet breaking rock is concerned with lots of factors, and the influencing rules of factors are complex. The rock fragmentation mechanism with water jet is not very clear by now, thus the development and application of water jet to rock breaking is restricted. The theoretical research about application of water jet breaking rock is reviewed, and the theoretic points in studing water jet breaking rock are appraised and analyzed systematically. The studies of dynamic impact load of water jet, the dynamic constitutive properties of rock, the coupling mechanism of water jet and rock, and the numerical simulation of high water jet breaking rock are the important aspects for developing and applying water jet breaking rock technology.
