割缝衬管受外挤力分析及缝形参数设计

摘    要:对割缝衬管在防砂井中受外挤力作用进行了分析 ,计算了井底压力 (包括流体流经砾石层和割缝衬管的压降 ) ,建立了衬管割缝参数与割缝条幅弯曲强度及刚度之间的关系式。根据油井产量、产出液的粘度、衬管强度和刚度条件 ,分析了割缝衬管的受力 ,建立了割缝条幅的受力、变形计算模型 ,优化设计了合理的缝形参数 ,即割缝的宽度、长度、角度分布及在管体上的割缝数量等。

Abstract:The pressure of slotted pipes in a sandy well was analyzed. The bottom hole pressure was computed. A model for computing the bending strength and stiffness of a slotted pipe was proposed. The relation between the kerfs parameters and the strength of the slotted pipe was set up. According to the oil production and the adhesiveness of liquid as well as the strength and stiffness of the slotted pipe, the models for calculating the force and deformation stress of the slotted section of the pipe were established. The most reasonable kerfs parameters, such as the width, length, angle distribution and the number of kerfs in a pipe, were determined.
