二氧化硅膜材料制备方案的优化

摘    要:在采用溶胶凝胶法制备二氧化硅膜材料时,采取了添加有机物和控制水的加入方式等措施,制得最可几孔径为0.56nm、平均孔径为0.61nm、孔体积为0.164cm3/g的二氧化硅凝胶材料。与已有的二氧化硅凝胶材料相比,这种材料具有孔径小、孔分布范围窄、孔体积大等特点。实验结果表明,溶剂的介电性质是影响凝胶性质的一个重要因素。改进制备方案后制得的溶胶具有良好的涂膜性能

Abstract:Silica membrane material was prepared by using solgel method under the improved conditions. The most probable pore size of silica membrane is 0.56 nm, and pore volume is 0.164 cm3/g. The test results show that utilizing the solvent with high dielectric constant and controlling the velocity of adding water during the solgel processing can improve the pore size distribution of the membrane material. Compared with other silica membrane materials, the improved silica membrane material has the features of small pore size, narrow pore size distribution and big pore volume. The dielectric constant of the solvent has some effects on the features of gel. The gel prepared with the improved preparation project has good membranecoating property.
