充液井孔内电脉冲仪声场的有限元模拟

摘    要:利用有限元软件ANSYS对充液井孔内电脉冲仪声场的分布进行了数值模拟 ,计算出了井壁上不同位置以及孔眼内邻近地层处的声波波形 ,利用声波信号的幅度 (声压幅度 ) ,绘出了充液井孔内电脉冲仪的声场分布图 ,研究了电脉冲仪放电位置与射孔孔眼内邻近地层处的声波幅度间的关系。结果表明 ,沿井轴方向和井径方向上的声压幅度随着距离的增加而指数减小 ;当声源沿井轴上下移动时 ,离孔眼位置的垂直距离越大 ,孔眼内邻近地层处的声压幅度越小。这为提高电脉冲仪处理油井的效果提供了参考依据。

Abstract:The acoustic field distribution of electric impulser in a liquid-filled well bore was numerically simulated, using the finite element software ANSYS. The acoustic waveforms in the borehole nearby the stratum and in the different positions on the borehole wall were determined. According to the amplitude of waveform signals, the figure of acoustic field distribution in the liquid-filled well was given out. The relationship between the amplitude of acoustic waveform in the borehole nearby the stratum and the discharge position of the electric impulser was investigated. The results show that acoustic waveform's amplitude decreased according to exponential law when the distance increased along well axis and radial direction; when the acoustic source moves along well axis direction, the longer the vertical distance from hole is, the less the acoustic waveform amplitude in the hole nearby the stratum is. The study results may provide a reference for improving the treatment effect of electric impulser used for oil well.
