遗传算法在碳纤维复合材料高速转子优化设计中的应用

摘    要:对多层结构碳纤维复合材料转子进行了高转速下的静力学分析 ,建立了多层嵌套结构碳纤维复合材料转子的强度与转子的材料密度、转速、纤维铺设角、各层径向壁厚以及各层间过盈配合量间的数学关系式。应用遗传算法进行了转子结构的优化设计 ,解决了多层结构碳纤维复合材料高速转子设计中如何寻求转子最优外形和工艺参数的难题。通过对转子各层的纤维铺设角、各层径向壁厚以及各层间过盈配合量进行优化 ,获得了转子的最佳几何外形和工艺参数 ,使转子的储能密度较优化设计前提高了 1 36 % ,最大限度地提高了转子的储能能力。此优化设计方法为多层嵌套结构碳纤维复合材料转子的储能密度优化设计提供了有效手段

Abstract:The rotor made of multi structure carbon fiber composite material was analyzed under the condition of high rotate speed. The mathematical relations of the strength of rotor with the material density, rotate speed, laying angle of fiber, radial inter layer thickness and excess value of fiber inter layers were built. The genetic algorithm was applied to optimization design of the rotor, which solves the difficulty to find the optimum shape and technology parameters of high speed rotor made of multi structure carbon fiber composite material. The result shows that this design method realized the acquirement of the best shape of rotor and the technology parameters. The energy storage density was improved by optimizing the fiber laying angle, radial thickness and inter layer interference.
