钢质连续抽油杆生产线自动控制技术

摘    要:在钢质连续抽油杆生产线的生产工艺路线中 ,使用变频器 ,实现了生产速度的无级调速。根据闭环控制原理设计了生产线的自动控制系统 ,实现了生产线的自动控制。运用自动控制技术使连续抽油杆的长度测量误差低于 0 .1 % ,相对速度误差小于 0 .2 % ,达到了设计要求。该系统的投资不足加拿大COROD公司连续抽油杆生产线控制系统的 1 0 % ,其生产线的控制精度能满足生产的需要。该系统安全运行了一年 ,累计生产钢质连续抽油杆超过30 0km ,获得了较好的经济效益。实际应用验证了整个控制系统工作的有效性和可靠性。

Abstract:The production technology and the control method for the production process of the continuous steel sucker rod were introduced. The variable frequency controllers were used to realize stepless speed regulation of the production process. According to the loop control theory, an automatic control system was designed. By the use of the control system, the production line can be controlled automatically and the measuring error of the length of pumping rod is less than 0.1 percent. The error of the relative speed is below 0.2 percent, and the cost of the system is lower. The control precision of the production line can meet requirement of practice. This system worked over one year and the good effectiveness and reliability of the control system has been achieved.
