摘    要:电加热对于稠油开采具有重要意义 ,但其耗电量很大。为了提高稠油开采中电加热效率及节省电能 ,在分析了稠油井温度分布规律后 ,建立了一种用于电加热特种电缆的电路模型。针对油田稠油开采电加热设备的现状 ,提出了一种可显著提高电加热效率的方法。在理论分析的基础上研制成功了HE381特种变频器 (最大输出功率为 10 0kV·A ,输出频率为 2kHz) ,并在辽河油田进行了工业应用。在多口稠油井的多次现场运行测试证明 ,其节能效果明显优于 5 0 0Hz以下的电加热设备。

Abstract:Electrical heating is significant to heavy oil development, but it consumes a lot of electric energy. In order to improve the electrical heating efficiency and save energy, a circuit model of special cable for electrical heating was given on the analysis of the temperature distribution in heavy oil wells. Combined these with the existing equipment for electrical heating, a method for improving the efficiency of electrical heating was presented. Based on theoretical analysis, HE381 special transducer with a performance of 100 kV\5A/2 kHz was developed and has been successfully applied to heavy oil electrical heating in Liaohe Oilfield. Test data shows that the HE381 transducer has a better performance in energy-saving than that of the same types of the equipment with working frequency below 500Hz.
