计算混合原油凝点的一种新方法

摘    要:对大量混合原油凝点数据的分析发现 ,两组分原油按 1∶1混合后 ,混合原油凝点的实测值与线性加权方法计算值之差的绝对值与两组分原油各自凝点之差的绝对值之间具有良好的相关性 ,用原有计算模型须已知每两组分原油按 1∶1混合后的凝点。提出了计算混合原油凝点的一种新方法 ,弥补了现有混合原油凝点计算模型的缺陷。利用此方法 ,仅须知道各组分原油的凝点 ,即可计算在任意混合比例条件下混合原油的凝点。对于凝点不完全确定的两组分混合原油 ,用此方法不仅可以预测凝点 ,还可预测各配比条件下混合原油凝点的变化范围。利用 5组 2~ 5组分混合原油的实验数据验证表明 ,新方法对混合原油凝点的计算结果与现有模型的计算结果的准确性相当。

Abstract:When the gel points of mixed crude of two types of oils with one-to-one mixing ratio are calculated by commonly used models,it is necessary to determine the gel points of every mixture of bicomponent crude with one to one mixing-ratio,which causes great difficulties when the oil samples are unavailable. The analysis on the gel points of a large amount of crude mixtures shows that there exists a good correlativity between the measured values of gel points for mixed crude with one-to-one mixing ratio and the calculated ones by a linear weighted method. Based on this fact,a new method for calculating gel points of mixed crude with any mixing-ratio was put forward. This method has independence on the gel point of the mixed crude with one-to-one mixing ratio. The experimental data of mixed crude of five groups of two-component to five-component oils verified that the new calculating method has an average deviation equivalent to that of the commonly used models.
