摘    要:本文论述了预测蒸汽吞吐并各生产阶段的油井生产能力、选择生产方式和确定合理的工作制度的方法。生产能力预测计算中考虑了厚油层中的蒸汽超复现象、油水粘度随温度的变化及油水渗透率随温度和饱和度的变化。用这种方法可以预测各生产阶段的平均地层压力、平均地层温度及相应的生产能力。在预测生产能力的基础上,采用油井生产系统的节点分析方法,预测自喷期油井生产动态和转抽时机,并做出抽油参数设计和各阶段不同抽汲参数下的生产动态的预测,以选择各生产阶段油井的合理工作制度。文中给出计算实例。

Abstract:This paper presents a method for the predicting productivity (IPR Curve) indifferent stages after injecting steam and determinating productive methods and optimum operative condition based on IPR Curves. Steam overlay in the thick formation is considered to enlarge the heated range. The average temperature and pressure after steam soak and different productive stages can be calculated by using energy balance equation and mass balance equation. Steam overlay in thick formation and varieties of the viscosity of oil and water with the temperature and the relative permeability of oil and water with temperature and saturation are considered in calculation and prediction of productivity. The paper gives a geological physical model, based on which the IPR Curve of oil and water after starting production and different productive stages can be calculated by using the analytical solution of pseudo-steady flow in a central well of cycloid formation. The productive methods can be determined using well system nodal analytical method, and the time of artificial lift of steam soak well and productive condition pumping , parameters can be predicted.Computer programs are made to calculate history matching of 3 wells and prediction of 2 wells in Shengli oilfield. A good result has been obtained.
