下部钻具组合的几何非线性分析

摘    要:根据虚位移原理推导了两结点三维直梁单元几何非线性的单元切线刚度矩阵,建立了下部钻具组合(BHA)有限元分析的基本方程,考虑了井壁对下部钻具组合的约束,对BHA受力和变形问题进行了静力线性及非线性有限元分析,编制了相应的程序.利用该程序,计算和分析了曲率及钻压对钻头侧向力的影响及其非线性效应,得到了有关影响规律.

Abstract:The tangential stiffness matrixes for two nodal three-demensional beam elements have been derived based on the principle of vertual displacements and taking into account of the geometrically nonlinear effects. By taking the well wall constraint to the bottom hole assembly (BHA) into consideration, the basic formulas for BHAa finite element analysis have been set up and used to calculate and analyze the force and deformation in BHA for both static geometrically linear and nonlinear cases. The corresponding computer program is developed. This paper studies the effects of hole curvatures and WOB on the bit side forces and the nonlinear effects.
