| 摘 要： | 膨胀管残余应力是影响膨胀管抗挤毁能力的一个重要因素.根据膨胀管的膨胀特点,用大变形理论提出了膨胀管内、外圆柱表面具有不同方向的残余应力观点,通过全应力释放试验并借助于电测的试验方法测量了膨胀管内、外表面的残余应力,利用曲杆理论分析了膨胀管轴截面的应力分布形式.结果表明,膨胀管轴截面残余应力呈双曲线分布,膨胀管外表面的压残余应力小于内表面的拉残余应力.
