轴流导叶式旋风管内气固两相流的实验研究

摘    要:为研究颗粒分离机理,提高分离性能,采用五孔球探针测试仪及等动采样法对轴流导叶式旋风管内气固两相流速度与压力分布进行了测量,并分别对不同导流锥和排尘结构参数下的纯气流流场及颗粒浓度场分布进行了对比分析。实验结果表明,旋风管内气流切向速度分布呈典型的准Rankin涡结构,固相颗粒分布在离心力作用下沿径向分为近壁的密相区与中心的稀相区。减小导流锥下口内径,采用带有排尘侧缝的单锥排尘结构有利于旋风管内颗粒的分离。

Abstract:The distribution of gas-solid two-phase flow in the axial guide vane cyclone tube was measured with five-orifice pitot tube and by means of isokinetic sampling method. The characters of gas flow field and particle concentration were investigated under different structure of exit tube and dust discharge cone of the cyclone tube. The results show that the gas tangential velocity profile resembles a typical Rankin vortex and the solid phase is separated into two regions, which are the near wall dense region and the inner dilute region. The smaller diameters of the exit tube and the single cone with slots of the discharge structure are helpful to the particle separation in the cyclone tube.
