胜利减压渣油窄馏分热反应行为研究

摘    要:在惰性气氛条件下,采用非等温热重分析技术对胜利减压渣油萃取精密分馏13个窄馏分中的5个窄馏分进行了非等温热反应动力学行为的初步考察,获得了其热稳定性顺序、剧烈分解温度区间、热反应速率峰值及对应的峰值温度等热反应基本特征。采用分段一级动力学模型较好地拟合了实验数据。确定了各窄馏分在两个温区内的动力学参数。

Abstract:The kinetic behavior of non-isothermal thermolysis for five narrow fractionsfrom Shenli vacuum residue obtained by Super critical Fluid Destractlon method wasinvestigated under an inert atmosphere by using a thermogravimetric technique, The basiccharacteristics of thermolvsis of five narrow fractions. such as order of thermal stability, temperature regions of intense decomposition,maximum rate of thernlolysis and temperaturescorresponding to maximum rate etc. were determined.The experimental data were well fitted by means of two independent first-order models in various temperature regions, and thekinetic parameters of the narrow fractions were calculated.
