| 摘 要： | 本文用统一的角参数表达式描述往复式钻井泵活塞的运动规律和泵的流量,给出了钻井泵液流速度系数和加速度系数的定义和计算公式,从理论上讨论了钻井泵的吸入及空气包剩余液量的计算问题,并导出有关的计算公式。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the piston motion and the flow rate of reciprocating drilling pumps are expressed in a function of crankshaft angle. The flow velocity factors and the acceleration of the pumps are defined and their expressions are given. The calculation method of the pump suction pressure is theoretically discussed and the formulas for flow variation of the pump damper is deduced. |
