15MnVN与16MnR钢焊接接头在湿H_2S介质中应力腐蚀破裂敏感性的研究

摘    要:文中阐述了应力腐蚀对焊接结构的危害性,采用改进型WOL试块和由北京工业大学推荐的柔度测试装置,用恒位移柔度法研究了不同合氢情况,不同轧制方向的焊接接头在湿H_2S介质中对应力腐蚀破裂的敏感性。研究结果表明,16MnR钢焊接接头较15 MnVN钢有较高的抗应力腐蚀破裂的能力。对同一种钢来说,无氢较合氢、垂直于轧制方向较平行于轧制方向的焊接接头有较高的抗应力腐蚀破裂的能力。

Abstract:This paper studies the damuge of stress corrosion to welded structure. By the use of the improved modal specimen WOL, the welded joints of 16MnR and 15MnVN steels were tested with the compliance testing equipment. On the basis of constant displacement compliance, the sensitivity of the welded steel joints to stress corrosion in wet H2S medium at different states was studied. The results show that the stress corrosion resistance of welded joint of 16MnR is better than that of 15MnVN. For the same steel, the cracking resistance of the normal welded joint is better than the hydrogen-containing joint, and the vertical weld to the rolling direction is better than hte parallel weld to it.
