离心泵叶轮平面图及木模图的计算机辅助设计

摘    要:采用数值计算方法,推导出离心泵叶轮平面图和木模图上各个坐标系的计算公式,并在此基础上编写了叶轮平面图及木模图的计算机辅助设计程序。该设计程序既可作为旧叶轮的改进或新叶轮的设计,也可作为叶栅流场分析的子程序,为叶片优化设计提供依据.大大提高叶轮平面图及木模图的设计质量和设计速度

Abstract:This paper established analytic equations of coordinates on plane view drawing and wooden model drawing of centrifugal pump vane wheel with the method of numerical calculation. On the basis of calculating equation, a computer aided design (CAD) program was compiled. The CAD program can provide a calculating method for optimization design of vane. It can be used not only to the improvement of old pump vane or the design of a new vane, but also to the analysis of vane grid flow field as a subroutine program. The design quality and efficiency of plane view drawing and wooden model drawing of centrifugal pump vane wheel will be improved greatly.
