孤岛减压渣油超临界溶剂部分逆流萃取的研究

摘    要:考察了渣油超临界溶剂部分逆流革取过程中溶剂比对脱沥青油收率及性质的影响.结果表明,与一次平衡萃取和逆流萃取工艺比较,这种工艺可以在较低的溶剂比下操作.低溶剂比(2.2)下脱沥青油收率及性质与高溶剂比(4.0)下的脱沥青油收率及性质相当.这种工艺可以改善过程溶剂比的分配,因而能降低过程的溶剂比.

Abstract:The relationship between solvent to oil weight ratio and quality and yield of extract oil in partly countercurrent extraction with supercritical solvent was investigated. The results showed that the process could operate at a lower solvent to oil weight ratio than the one-stage extraction process and countercurrent extraction process. The quality and yield of extract oil at a low solvent to oil weight ratio of 2. 2 in this process are equivalent to that of at high solvent to oil weight ratio (4. 0) in the original processes. The process reduces the solvent to oil weight ratio due to improved solvent distribution in the extractor.
