摘    要:用有限差分法对旋流器内流场进行了数值模拟,采用各向异性的湍流模型能够正确模拟旋流湍流流场。通过对速度场、压力场的分析发现,径向压力梯度是由切向速度的作用产生的,而径向压力梯度正是驱使油滴向轴心方向运移的动力。提出了根据管中心的压力和轴向速度的变化决定旋流器长度的方法。旋流器小锥角的角度越大,分离段越长,越有利于提高分离效率

Abstract:he flow field in a hydrocyclone was simulated by means of the finite difference method. It is found that the anisotropic turbulent model can be accurately used to predict the swirling turbulent flow in a hydrocyclone. The radial pressure gradient which compels oil drops to remove towards the axes of hydrocyclone is generated by the swirling velocity. The configuration parameters of the hydrocyclone have some effects on the interior flow field. The length of a hydrocyclone can be determined according to the pressure gradient along the axes of hydrocyclone.\=
