| 摘 要： | 本文简要介绍了一种双缸管式静态结蜡装置,该装置控制温度准确,蜡沉积物易于获取,结蜡表面易于清洗,结蜡管壁材质和表面粗糙度可以改变,可用来研究原油温度和管壁温度对结蜡的影响。评价热处理条件和添加剂改善原油结蜡状况的效果,以及管壁材质和表面粗糙度对原油结蜡的影响,还可以用来研究油水悬浮液的粘壁特性。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a static wax precipitation equipment, with which static wax precipitation procedure of crude oil under different conditions were experimentally studied in laboratory. The factors affecting wax precipitation have been analyzed. The test results show that wax precipitation of crude oil can be reduced with the rise of pipe wall temperature under a certain oil temperature. It is best to make a pipe covering for preventing wax precipitation. Some addtives can also reduce wax precipitation and improve the crude oil flow under an optimum heat treatment temperatu re. The improvement results are varied with different heat treatment temporat uresand additive concentrations. |
