摘    要:对用旋转流变仪和管流试验装置研究胶凝原油剪切破坏特性的试验测试方法进行总结,发现油品的压缩性、收缩性,承受单向剪应力等因素会对测试结果产生影响。基于岩土等材质的剪切破坏试验方法的分析,借鉴测定土体强度的直剪法,使用数显测力计测试剪切应力,利用步进电机精确控制剪切速率,消除固有内阻的影响,通过空气浴来实现测试温度的控制,开发出胶凝原油直剪测试装置。试验结果表明,测试装置具有良好的可靠性和准确性,直接剪切试验能够较好地反映出胶凝原油的剪切屈服破坏过程。

Abstract:The shear damage test methods of gelled crude oil on the rotary rheometer and the conduit flow model experimental set-up were studied.Many factors such as the compressibility,the shrinkage of the oil and the monodirectional shear stress during test may affect the test results.The shear damage test methods for rock,soil and other materials were analyzed.A novel method for shear test of crude oil was put forward using soil direct shear method for reference.And a direct shear apparatus was developed.On the developed direct shear apparatus,the impact of the inherent resistance was eliminated,shear stress was tested using a digital dynamometer,the shear rate was controlled by a stepper motor precisely,and the temperature was mastered by a air bath.The results show that the reliability and the accuracy of the apparatus are good.The test results can reflect the shear yield process well.
