摘    要:本文对超高强度抽油杆的可靠性增长试验进行了研究.通过可靠性增长试验.发现并改进20CrMo钢超高强度抽油杆的薄弱环节.加速了该产品的开发进程.并使其疲劳性能指标达到了美国同类产品的水平.研究表明.国产超高强度抽油杆在工艺改进前后,其疲劳寿命均服从对数正态分布,两者标准差相同,但对数寿命均值有明显的差别;其可靠性增长的规律可以用Duane模型描述.

Abstract:Reliability growth testing was done in the process of developing a super-strength sucker rod product from 20CrMo steel. The weakest parts of the sucker rod can be discovered in in-house test, and the quality of sucker rod can be improved before they are put in use. Based on the work, a new kind of super-strength sucker rod was first produced in China, whose fatigue strength is higher than that of US EL sucker rods, and the price is much cheaper. In addition, it is proved that the reliability growth of the super-strength sucker rod may be described by Duane model.
