自封式封井器胶芯大变形分析

摘    要:讨论了橡胶超弹性材料有限元分析的理论基础及计算方法,并测定了有限分析中丁晴橡胶的Money材料常数,用有限元法对自封式封井器进行了大变形分析,得到了胶芯在各种工况下的变形及应力情况,讨论了胶芯尺寸对密封性能的影响,为胶芯的合理设计提供了必要的依据.

Abstract:This paper discusses the analysis method and theoretical basis of finite element on hyperelasticity material. The Mooney material coefficent of nitrile rubber is measured. A large deformation of rubber core in self sealing well tool is analyzed. The deformation and stress under various work conditions are obtained. The influences of dimension of rubber core on seal capacity are studied. The sealing force can be improved by increase of wall thickness and decrease of dimension of rubber core. The dimension of rubber core should be slight smaller than that of drill string. The thickness can be determined with cousideration of stability of rubber core.
