正庚烷液相热脱附与蒸馏脱附的动力学特性

摘    要:以DIO为脱附剂 ,对吸附在 5A分子筛上的正庚烷的热脱附和蒸馏脱附动力学特性进行了实验研究 ,相应地提出了高温下液相热脱附量与蒸馏脱附量的计算方法。实验结果表明 ,在初始阶段 ,随着时间的延长脱附速率增加很快 ,之后脱附速率减慢 ,脱附量趋于一个常数值。在相同脱附条件下 ,蒸馏脱附的脱附量及脱附速率明显高于热脱附。脱附动力学参数及活化能计算结果表明 ,脱附过程是一个吸热反应过程 ,提高脱附温度有利于反应的进行。两种脱附方式的活化能在数值上接近 ,这说明两种脱附过程对能量的需求是相当的。结合吸附质的脱附率来看 ,简单的液相蒸馏脱附具有应用价值

Abstract:Taking DIO as regenerant, kinetics characteristics of thermal desorption and distillated desorption of normal heptane from 5A molecular sieve are studied. The method for calculating the desorptive power of the two kinds of desorptions at high temperature is presented. The experimental results show that desorptive rate increases quickly at the beginning of experiment and then slows down, and the desorptive power reaches a constant value gradually. At the same condition, power and rate of distillated desorption are higher than those of thermal desorption. The desorption process is an endothermic reaction process. This kind of simple distillated desorption is a good method for dealing with the above system.
