浮阀塔板清液高度测量方法的研究

摘    要:评述了浮阀塔板清液高度的测量方法及存在的问题,设计了挡流帽式测压结构.从清液高度的定义出发,对挡流帽式测压元件和常规测压元件进行了试验研究.结果表明,这种挡流帽式测压元件在浮阀塔板清液高度测量中,可以消除在低气速时塔板上的液面波动和高气速时气体对测压孔的冲击压头而引起的测量误差.用这种方法测量浮阀塔板清液高度简便、准确.

Abstract:Several methods for measuring clear liquid height on valve tray and their shortcomings are reviewed. A cap-manometer is proposed in this paper. Some experiments were carried out on 240 mm ID V-l valve tray column with the conventional method and the cap-manometer. The results showed that cap-manometer can avoid the errors caused by liquid fluctuation and turbulence at a low gas velocity, and prevent an additional thrust head at a high gas velocity. This metod is simple and reliable for measuring clear liquid height. The values obtained from calculation and experiment are consistent.
