提高润滑油基础油氧化安定性的方法

摘    要:采用络合白土脱氮联合工艺对兰炼减四线去蜡油进行了精制,以提高润滑油基础油的氧化安定性能。分别考察了白土精制和络合脱氮对兰炼减四线去蜡油脱氮效果的影响。实验结果表明,络合白土脱氮联合工艺可作为脱除油品中的氮化物、提高润滑油的氧化安定性的有效方法,络合剂TTS是一种对氮化物尤其是碱性氮化物选择性较高的脱氮剂。对脱氮精制油的实验研究表明,经络合白土精制后的油品,其氮化物含量降低,氧化安定性提高,而其它物性基本不变

Abstract:Intermediate lube base oil was treated by complexing agent and followed by clay to enhance its oxidation stability. The effects of complexing agent and clay on intermediate lube base oil were studied. TTS is a complexing agent with high degree of selectivity on nitrogen compounds. Nitrogen compounds can be removed from lube base oil, and oxidation stability of lube base oil may be enhanced by the new technique. The results of experiments indicate that this new technique is capable to improve oxidation stability of oils effectively, while the physical properties of lube base oil are not changed.
