气固喷射器的负压差排料特性

摘    要:用325目滑石粉、FCC平衡剂、煤飞灰和MBS树脂粉四种不同粉料进行了试验,研究了吸入口为负压时喷射器的排料特性.试验表明,喷射器的排料固气比与其吸料口压力成线性反比关系,吸料口压力越大,排料固气比则越小.所处理的物料特性不同,喷射器的负压差排料固气比的变化特性也有所不同

Abstract:The thermogravimetry is used to study the behavior of non isothermal thermolysis of vacuum residue. The principal characteristics of thermolysis of Shengli and Daqing vacuum residues, such as the reaction order,activation energy,temperature regions of intense decomposition, maxmum rate of thermolysis and temperaturre corresponding to the maxmum rate, were determined. The abilities of coke formation of Shengli and Daqing vacuum residues and the four subfractions from the residues were demonstrated. Adding fluid catalytic cracking decant oil to vacuum residue may increase the coke yield and maximum yield of coke at a certain blended ratio. This method is simple and can be used to evaluate the behavior of vacuum residues under different conditions.
