大型采油实验系统中实时测控系统的设计

摘    要:在现代的大型工业实验系统中,由计算机控制的在线实时自动测量与控制系统(CA-MAC简称实时测控系统)是心不可少的关键系统,本文从一个实例出发介绍了在大型采油工艺实验站中实际应用的实时测控系统的设计,给出了详细的系统功能设计原理。该系统采用由二级计算机组成的分布式(DCS)控制系统及多屏显示方式,以及全汉化的CVS组态软件及AMX86高性能实时多任务操作系统,并介绍了一种单片机(8798)控制的井下测量传输系统。

Abstract:The on-line real-time Computer Au tomated Measurement and Control system(CAMAC) is a necessary key system for large modern industrial experiment system. This paper pre-sents an applied design of real-time measuremcnt and control system used in a large oil production ex-periment Station and gives detailed design principle of system function.Distribution Control System(DCS)composed by two lever computer, muti-screen display model and all-Chinese CVS set softwareand AMX86 high performance real-time muti-task operating system were used.A microcontroller8798 controlled downhole measurement and transmission system was intreduced.
