摘    要:钻井平台位置优选问题不仅影响钻井平台及相关设施的建设费用,也影响钻井总成本,是海洋石油开发初期的重要决策项目之一。考虑待钻井的靶点分布情况,以靶点水平位移平方和最小为优选指标,建立了钻井平台位置优选数学规划模型,采用k-means动态聚类分析方法求解该问题。实例分析表明,所提出的钻井平台位置优选方法是可行的。

Abstract:Optimizing the location of drilling platform is one of the important problems during the offshore oilfield initial development, which not only impacts the construction cost to drilling platforms and other establishments, but also influences the total drilling costs. Considering the target parameters of those wells to be drilled immediately, mathematical programming models of optimizing drilling platform location were established in terms of the minimal total horizontal displacement of the targets. To solve the programming models, the k-means dynamic clustering analysis method was used perfectly. The application results show that the optimization selection method is feasible.
