膦甲基酰胺缓蚀剂在碳钢表面的缓蚀机理研究

摘    要:采用极化曲线法、失重法及俄歇电子能谱分析等研究了一种新型油田污水缓蚀剂膦甲基酰胺在碳钢表面的电化学及吸附缓蚀作用机理。电化学实验表明此类缓蚀剂是一种混合型缓蚀剂,吸附热力学实验表明膦甲基酰胺是一种吸附膜型缓蚀剂,它在碳钢表面的吸附符合EL-Awady吸附等温式,在碳钢表面的吸附能力强于石油酸酰胺及石油酸咪唑啉胺。

Abstract:By using the polarization experiment, static weight loss experiment and Auger electron spectrum, the electrochemical and adsorption inhibition mechanism of a new kind of corrosion inhibitor of phosphine-methyl-acidamide used in oil-field sewage was studied. The electrochemical experiment results manifest that the product is a mixed-type corrosion inhibitor, The adsorption thermodynamics experiment makes clear that the product is an adsorptive-type corrosion inhibitor and the corrosion data are fitted to EL-Awady adsorption isotherm. The results show that the corrosion inhibition effect of phosphine-methyl-aci- damide is much better than that of corrosion inhibitor of acidamide and tetrahydroglyoxaline.
