正充电性单层有机光导器件的制备及性能研究

摘    要:制备了新型化合物2,5,7,10-四叔丁基联苯醌,以此作为电子传输材料制备了正充电性有机光导器件,并对其光电性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,该新型化合物作为电子传输材料制备的光导器件具有较好的光电性能。

Abstract:Novel compound 2,5,7,10-tetra(butyl-t)biquinone was prepared.And the positive charged organic photoconductor was fabricated by using the new compound as electron transport material.The results show that the photoconductor possess preferable electro-photoconductive properties.
