卡瓦内悬挂管柱弹性承载能力与计算

摘    要:在油井特别是深井和超深井的套管柱设计中,对卡瓦内悬挂管柱承载能力进行分析是十分重要的。提出了一种解析计算方法,将管柱视为薄壳,分别按照第三强度理论和第四强度理论计算了卡瓦内管柱的弹性承载能力,并用有限元方法和原尺寸套管的实物试验分别对该方法进行了验证。结果表明,解析计算结果与有限元计算结果和实测结果比较吻合,这种解析方法可以作为卡瓦内管柱弹性承载能力的计算公式。

Abstract:Analysis on the load bearing capacity of tubes inside slips is necessary for the design of casing string in oil well, especially for that of deep well and ultradeep well. An analytic method for the load bearing capacity of tubes inside slips is proposed. When the tubes are taken as thin shells, the elastic load bearing capacity of tubes inside slips is calculated according to the third strength theory and fourth strength theory respectively. The result of the analytic method accords with those of finite element method and experiments on the same size of casing.
