我国正在进入社会转型时期，为促进社会发展，我们必然要确立法治，而法治的发展道路中有多种因素决定法治的形成和发展。中产阶级作为一个重要的社会阶层，在社会主义法治形成过程中起着重要的、不可替代的作用。我们应该合理分析和评价在中国现行法治道路中中产阶级的重要地位、价值和作用，以便在法治发展及确立的道路中提高中产阶级对法治建设的重要影响。

Middle Class:Main Force of Chinese Rule by Law

While our nation is stepping into the transitional period of socialism,it is certain that rule by law should be established in order to promote the social development.However,there exist various factors which determine the establishment and development of rule by law.Middle class,an important social class,play an improtant and unreplacable role in the establishment of socialist rule by law.We should reasonably analyze and evaluate the status,value and role of middle class in Chinese current rule by law so that we can reasonably consolidate and develop the effect of middle class on rule by law.
