| 摘 要： | 债权人撤销权是我国民法中保护债权人利益的一项重要制度，深刻理解债权人撤销权的概念对于债权人准确适用债权人撤销权制度具有重要意义。通过对债权人撤销权的性质、特征及相关概念的比较对债权人撤销权的概念加以阐述，以期债权人能利用此制度更好地保护自身利益。

| Abstract: | The creditor's right of revocation is one important system that protects creditor's benefit in Chinese civil law.So it is significant to deeply understand the concept of creditor's right of revocation for creditor's adapting to the system of creditor's right of revocation accurately.The article expounds the concept of creditor's right of revocation from several angles,such as character,characteristics and the comparison with relevant concept,so as to protect creditor's benefit. |
