| 摘 要： | 非制度化政治参与作为一种非常态的政治参与,是指不符合法律规范以及法律、制度规定的有关程序和步骤的政治参与形式。由于社会与经济结构的转型,我国公民的非制度化政治参与活动也呈增长之势,分析其中的原因,提出合理的路径,对于民主政治的发展与和谐社会的构建具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | As one kind of extraordinary form of political participation,non-institutionalized political partici- pation is defined as those participation forms that fall short of procedure and legal norm.Citizen's non-institu- tionalized political participation is in rise with the structure transition of Chinese society and economy.It's of great significance for the development of democracy and the construction of harmonious society to analyze the rea- sons and bring forward a reasonable way out. |
