| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料和逻辑分析等研究方法,根据现代体育产业的特点,结合黑龙江省的具体情况,发现黑龙江省的冰雪体育产业仍存在一些问题和不足。就黑龙江省冰雪体育产业的开发提出相应的对策:实行新的管理体制,政府提供一些优惠政策,开发非冰季节的冰雪体育经济,加强体育产业人才队伍的建设,提高其服务质量。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics of the modern sports industry and the specific circumstances in Heilongjiang Province,this article discusses some problems existed in the ice and snow sports industry by using methods of literature and logical analysis,then puts forward some solutions in accordance with the development of the ice and snow sports industry.These include implementation of the new management system,the government providing some preferential policies,the development of non-ice seasons of the ice and snow sports economy,strengthening the building of the sports industry professionals and, improving service quality of the ice snow sports industry. |
