| 摘 要： | 我国管理类大学生创新能力不强，整体素质不高的现实亟待我们加强对管理类大学生创新能力培养模式的研究。以建构主义理论为出发点，结合管理学科的特点，构建包括教学目标、教学基本原则和相关教学环境的管理类大学生创新能力培养模式。

| Abstract: | Students do not have a strong creativity and high quality in our country.This reality needs us to research the training mode of creative ability for students majoring in management urgently.According to the theory of constructivism and the characteristics of management,a training mode of creative ability for students majoring in managemen should be built,including the objectives,basic teaching principles and relevant teaching environment. |
