大庆油田科研人员体育锻炼认知与行为特征的研究

采用问卷调查法,对大庆油田438名科研人员进行了调查。结果表明:科研人员对体育锻炼的目的和意义认知上具有一致性,但在参与体育锻炼行为方面,表现为男性科研人员比女性科研人员更多地付诸行动;男性科研人员参加体育锻炼的次数明显高于女性科研人员;年长者、高职称者及高收人者参与体育锻炼的次数较多,且较易实现认知到行为的转化。科研人员体育锻炼的主要目的是增进健康,而缺乏时间,生理惰性和缺乏兴趣是影响他们参与锻炼的主要因素。

Study on the cognition and behavioral characters of physical exercise by research scientists in Daqiong Oil Fields

This thesis interviews 438 research scientists in Daqing Oil Fields with questionnaires,and finds out the consistency of those people's cognition of the purpose and meaning of physical exercise.However,from a behavioral aspect,male scientists and female scientists differ a lot.To be specific,male scientists do more physical exercise and more frequently than female scientists;older scientists who have a higher status and a higher pay do more exercises,and it is easier for them to transfer cognition into action. Physical exercise aims at improving the health condition of those scientists,but lack of time,physical inertia and lack of interest constitute the main elements that influence their participation into physical exercises.Suggestions for the future: physical exercise should be considered as a task and system,and examination should be reinforced.All the units and departments should provide fields,instrument etc.for physical exercise,and frequently hold various sports games in order to facilitate people's cognition of physical exercises and the execution of the Nation-Wide Body-Building Plan.
