| 摘 要： | 随着自动化和交通工程的发展,汽车牌照识别技术成为一个热点。以识别一张汽车牌照的图片为例,阐明了车牌自动识别的原理,处理过程由预处理、边缘提取、车牌定位、字符分割、字符识别五大模块组成,采用MATLAB编程实现。经过实例证明,所提方法对牌照识别率很高,且识别方式简单易行,可以应用于实际。

| Abstract: | With the development of automation and traffic engineering,the correspondent improvement of the plate license recognition technology is a brook no delay task.On a plate license recognition,the automobile plate license recognition theory is illustrated.The processing procedure is constituted by the preprocessing,the edge extraction,the plate license location,the character division and the character recognition,which is implemented by using MATLAB.The license is recognized at last.The license plate recognition rate is very high by real cases.The recognition method is easy and simple,and can be used in practice. |
