| 摘 要： | 本文运用地缘政治学的理论,全方位、多视角地审视21世纪初世界各大政治区域政治、经济力量的新发展、新变化,及其重新组合所形成的世界地缘政治经济新格局,从综合国力上分析“一超多强”的现状与发展趋向,透视新世纪新的大国与区域政治经济关系的错综复杂性及其对世界政治经济发展的影响。

| Abstract: | With the geopolitical theory,this paper,from various angles,surveys the new development and changes of the world territorial political and economical powers and the new world geopolitics and geo-economy system after regroup as well.From the national overall strength,this paper analyzes the present state and the development tendency of "One hegemon,many powers".Therefore,the complicated area political and economical relationship between powers in the new century and its influence on the world political and economical development are opened out. |
