东亚国际关系体系的演变与地区一体化

冷战后,地区一体化成为国际关系中一个引人注目的现象,但东亚在地区一体化方面却远远落后。东亚一体化进展缓慢的根本原因在于缺乏地区领导核心,美国在东亚占有霸权优势,但对之并不热心;中、日两大强国缺乏共处经验,对对方的意图彼此不信任,无法发挥欧洲一体化中"法德核心"那样的作用,结果导致东亚一体化进程徘徊不前。

Change of International Relations System in East Asia and Regional Integration

After the Cold War,regional integration has become a cynosural phenomenon in international system,however,it is far behind in East Asia.On one hand,the United States has the hegemony in East Asia but has no interest in its integration.The basic reason for slow intergration in East Asia lies in the lack of regional leading core.On the other hand,China and Japan,the two powers in East Asia,both seem to lack for the coexistence experiences and mututal trust in the other side’s attempt,therefore,they can not function as a core in East Asian integration as France and Germany in European integration.
