和谐社会构建中的社会公平——从社会公平的角度看群体性事件

群体性事件是目前我国社会活动中出现的一些超出现行社会规范的行为,是社会关系中出现的一种不协调、不和谐现象,群体性事件的不断发生,是社会矛盾的体现和反映。大量的群体性事件的发生对社会造成了一定的危害,影响了社会的稳定。构建社会主义和谐社会就是要突显社会公平,形成一个公平、合理和有序的良性循环的社会,因此社会公平是构建和谐社会的前提、核心与价值取向。

On Social Justice during the Harmonious Society Construction--View of Mass Incident from the Social Justice Angle

Mass incident is one of the current actions of our country, which does not accord with the present social norm and it is a disharmonic phenomenon in the social relations. The continual occurrence of mass incidents is the reflection of social contradictory. The massive mass incidents have caused certain harms to the socie- ty and have affected the social stability. As far as the present construction of socialist harmonious society is concerned, the effective control of social conflicts is to form a fair, reasonable and ordered society in a positive cycle, emphasizing social fairness. Therefore social fairness is the premises, core and value orientation of the harmonious society construction.
