摘    要:现代高校管理占有性思维范式倾向严重,缺乏批判性与创造性,过于关注自我利益与世俗生活。高校批判精神的缺席、行政权力殖民学术权力以及培养模式"单向度"等问题突出。对这一困境的分析,可以为我国现代高校管理的发展与未来走向提供一些有益的启示:高扬批判精神,尊重学术自由,规范行政权力,加强大学生社会责任意识的培养。

Abstract:Possessive paradigm of modern university management tends to be serious.It lacks of critical and creative spirit,and concerns more with the secular life and self-interest.It brings so many prominent problems as the absence of critical spirit,the executive authority's encroachment to the Academic Power,the "one-dimensional" of academic mode,and so on.The analysis of this dilemma may provide us some useful inspirations of our modern university management and the future direction: to promote critical spirit of modern university management,to respect academic freedom and to rule administrative power,and to strengthen the cultivation of social responsibility of university students.
