Dilemma and Implications of Possessive Paradigms of Modern University Management

Possessive paradigm of modern university management tends to be serious.It lacks of critical and creative spirit,and concerns more with the secular life and self-interest.It brings so many prominent problems as the absence of critical spirit,the executive authority's encroachment to the Academic Power,the "one-dimensional" of academic mode,and so on.The analysis of this dilemma may provide us some useful inspirations of our modern university management and the future direction: to promote critical spirit of modern university management,to respect academic freedom and to rule administrative power,and to strengthen the cultivation of social responsibility of university students.
