淫羊藿多糖的酶法除蛋白工艺研究

摘    要:采用木瓜蛋白酶法去除淫羊藿(Epimedium brevicornum M.)多糖提取物中的蛋白成分,以蛋白去除率和多糖损失率为指标,考察了酶用量、温度、pH及酶解时间对除蛋白效果的影响。酶法除蛋白适宜工艺条件为:木瓜蛋白酶液占底物料液体积的10%,温度55℃,pH6.0,酶解1h。木瓜蛋白酶法可作为淫羊藿多糖的除蛋白方法,蛋白去除率可达90%,同时多糖损失率为16%。

Abstract:To study on the deproteinization by enzyme method for the Epimedium brevicornurn M. polysaccharides, papain was used to remove protein from polysaccharides of Epimedium brevicornurn M. Factors such as enzyme concentration, temperature, pH and time were evaluated in terms of the removing ratios of protein and polysaccharide. The optimal deproteinization conditions including 10V00 papain,temperature 55 ℃, pH6.0 and 1 h. Conclusions papain is a appropriate deproteination method for the Epirnedium brevicornum M. polysaccharides in which deproteinization rate was 90% while 16 % of polysaccharide was remained.
