SUDEI-CuS混凝构筑球的制备及表征

摘    要:以适量的月桂酸硫脲咪唑啉季铵盐(SUDEI)为表面活性剂,采用溶剂热法在NN二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)/乙二醇中140℃反应24h,制备出了花状的SUDEI-CuS混凝球。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射分析仪(XRD)与UV-Vis等进行了表征,对SUDEI-CuS混凝球形成机理、结构的材料性能进行探索。同时发现SUDEI-CuS混凝球,具有较强的紫外可见吸收。

Abstract:Flower-like SUDEI-CuS Concrete build product has been synthesized via a solvothermal method from DMF/ethylene glycol solution at 140℃for 24hin the presence of a special surfactant-quaternary ammo-nium salt of 2-undecy1-1-dithioureido-ethyl-imidazoline(SUDEI).The products are characterized by TEM,SEM,XRD,and UV-Vis techniques.And the effects of SUDEI and solvents on the morphology,crystalline and light absorption property of CuS are also discussed.The formation mechanism of SUDEI-CuS was discussed in detail.and SUDEI-CuS have higher ultraviolet and visible absord.
